  • carrots - 1 kg;
  • vinegar (6% -9%) - 5-6 tbsp (or to taste);
  • sugar - 3 tbsp;
  • salt - 1 tsp;
  • vegetable oil - ½ cup (boiling);
  • garlic - 4 cloves (large);
  • coriander (cilantro) - 2 tsp;
  • ground black pepper - 1 tsp;
  • chili pepper - ¼ tsp (or to taste).

6. Add salt, black and red pepper (chili) to the mortar.

But carrots are cold, they quickly lower the temperature of the oil. After a couple of minutes, carrots can be mixed with your hands, wearing cellophane gloves. After half an hour, you can eat it like a salad. But in order for the carrots to be saturated with spicy aromas, you need to wait a day.
