Cooking

1. Prepare the cottage cheese cream for the brownies. Beat the eggs with the required amount of sugar until fluffy and white. Add the cottage cheese, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until smooth.

2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl or a small saucepan. Let the mixture cool.

3. Beat the eggs with vanilla, sugar, and salt. Gradually add the cooled chocolate and butter mixture. Mix the batter thoroughly.

4. Sift the baking powder and flour into the chocolate batter. Mix well and blend until smooth.

5. Grease a square baking pan with butter. Pour in half of the chocolate batter.
