Cottage cheese-banana casserole with dried apricots
I will share a simple recipe for cottage cheese and banana casserole with dried apricots in the oven. The casserole is tender and will appeal to even those who do not like cottage cheese. Cottage cheese-banana casserole is prepared in 35 minutes.

Ingredients
- cottage cheese - 600 g;
- banana - 1 piece;
- pieces of dried apricots - 50 g;
- semolina - 4 tbsp;
- milk - 100 g;
- eggs - 2 pcs;
- lemon zest to taste;
- sugar - 3 tbsp;
- vanillin - 1/4 tsp;
- vegetable oil for greasing the mold.
Cooking
1. Drive two chicken eggs into a bowl with cottage cheese and stir.
2. Pour 3 tablespoons of sugar and mix again.
3. Add four tablespoons of semolina.
4. Pour in 100 grams of milk little by little and stir.
5. Pour in 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla and stir.
6. Cut the banana into small pieces.
7. Pour the banana and pieces of dried apricots into a bowl of curd mass.
8. Rub a little lemon zest and mix all the ingredients well.
9. Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil.
10. We spread the curd mass in a mold and level it.
11. Put in a preheated oven for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
12. We take out of the oven and check for readiness. We take a wooden stick and pierce the cottage cheese-banana casserole. If the tip of the stick remains dry, then the dish is ready. We wait until it cools down and take it out of the mold.
13. Cut into pieces and serve with your favorite jam or sour cream.
