Cottage cheese casserole with bananas in the oven

Ingredients
- cottage cheese – 600 g;
- banana – 1 piece;
- pieces of dried apricot – 50 g. (optional);
- semolina – 4 tablespoons;
- milk – 100 g;
- eggs – 2 pieces;
- lemon zest to taste;
- sugar – 3 tablespoons;
- vanillin – 1/4 teaspoon;
- vegetable oil for greasing the mold.
Preparation
1. Beat two chicken eggs into a bowl with cottage cheese and mix.
2. Add 3 tablespoons of sugar and mix again.
3. Add four tablespoons of semolina.
4. Gradually pour in 100 grams of milk and stir.
5. Add 1/4 teaspoon of vanillin and mix.
6. Cut the banana into small pieces.
7. Add the banana and pieces of dried apricot to the bowl with the cottage cheese mixture.
8. Grate a little lemon zest and mix all the ingredients well.
9. Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil.
10. Place the cottage cheese mixture in the mold and level it.
11. Place in a preheated oven for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
12. Remove from the oven and check for readiness. Take a wooden stick and poke the cottage cheese-banana casserole. If the tip of the stick remains dry, the dish is ready. Wait for it to cool and remove from the mold. The cottage cheese casserole with bananas in the oven is ready.
Cut into pieces and serve with cherry jam or sour cream.
