Ingredients

  • premium flour - 600 g;
  • minced meat - 350 g;
  • cheese - 150 g;
  • whole milk - 125 ml;
  • kefir 2.5% - 125 ml;
  • dry yeast - 8 g;
  • sugar - 10 g;
  • eggs - 2 pcs;
  • vegetable oil - 60 g;
  • onion - 1 piece;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • salt - 3 pinches;
  • pepper - to taste.

You will also need:

  • butter (for lubrication) - 15 g;
  • sesame seeds - 2 tbsp.

For cooking, a round mold with a diameter of 28 cm was used.

Cooking

1. Cooking dough. We heat the milk, but not to a hot state, so as not to brew the yeast. We heat up to about 35%. Pour sugar, yeast and a couple of pinches of flour into the warmed milk. Stir, now cover with a film and set in heat for 10-15 minutes.

3. Using a whisk, mix the dough with 1 egg, vegetable oil and salt.

6. The dough should be soft and not stick to your hands. The entire amount of flour in our dough will not enter. Let's leave some of the flour, it will be useful to us in the future. cover the dough with a towel and put in heat for 1 hour.

7. Now the filling. In a bowl with minced meat, grate garlic, as well as onions, onions - on a coarse grater, and garlic - on a fine grater. Add salt and ground pepper.
