Preparation
1. Prepare the necessary products for making Amosov paste. Rinse the raisins, dried apricots, prunes, and figs thoroughly under running water. Also rinse the lemon well under hot water.

2. Transfer the dried apricots, prunes, figs, and raisins to a deep bowl and cover with warm boiled water. Leave for 2 hours to soften.

3. Drain the water, rinse the dried fruits once more and spread them on a towel to dry. This is important for better storage of the paste.

4. Cut the lemon into small pieces, removing the seeds. Do not peel the skin - it contains essential oils and vitamin C.

5. Pass all the dried fruits, lemon, and walnuts through a meat grinder (or blend in a blender until a paste-like consistency).

6. Add liquid honey to the mixture. Mix well to achieve a uniform consistency.
