- chicken fillet – 500 g;
- salt – 1 tsp;
- allspice – 3 pcs;
- bay leaf – 1 pc.
Preparation
1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.
2. Place a pot of water on the heat. There should be enough water to cover the chicken fillet during boiling. Bring the water to a boil and add a teaspoon of salt. Stir everything.
3. Next, send the fillet to the pot. As soon as the water boils, reduce the heat to below medium. If foam appears on the water, remove it with a slotted spoon or a spoon.
4. Add allspice and bay leaf. Cover with a lid and boil for about another 25 minutes.
