Multi-layer salad «Mushroom meadow» with champignons looks original. Ingredients
- pickled champignons - 300 g;
- chicken ham - 200 g;
- cheese - 100 g;
- dill - 20 g;
- green onions - 20 g;
- boiled carrots - 1 pc (medium);
- boiled potatoes - 1 pc (medium);
- hard-boiled eggs - 3 pcs;
- mayonnaise - 150 g.

1. We prepare products. We remove the peel from boiled vegetables, and the shell from chicken eggs.
2. We pass three hard-boiled eggs through a fine grater.
3. Using the same grater, grate 100 grams of cheese.
4. Grate one boiled potato on a vegetable grater.
5. We also pass one boiled carrot through this grater.
6. Cut two hundred grams of chicken ham into small cubes.
7. Finely chop the dill and green onions.
8. To form a salad, we will use a detachable form of 16 centimeters. In the first layer, lay the marinated champignons close to each other with their hats down.
9. We send chopped greens to the mushrooms. We make a mesh of mayonnaise.
10. Lay out the grated chicken eggs with the next layer and cover with a mayonnaise net.
11. Then comes the grated cheese again covered with mayonnaise.
12. Put a layer of ham on the cheese and again draw a mayonnaise net.
13. Evenly distribute grated boiled carrots on a layer of ham. Top with mayonnaise.
14. We complete the formation of the salad with grated potatoes and smeared with mayonnaise.
