Mushroom Glade salad with champignons
The multi-layered Mushroom Glade Salad with Champignons looks original. Outwardly, it resembles a snack cake, but it can serve as a snack not because of its appearance – this salad is quite nutritious due to its composition. Ingredients
- marinated champignons – 300 g;
- chicken ham – 200 g;
- cheese – 100 g;
- dill – 20 g;
- green onion – 20 g;
- boiled carrot – 1 piece (medium);
- boiled potato – 1 piece (medium);
- hard-boiled eggs – 3 pieces;
- mayonnaise – 150 g.
Preparation
1. Prepare the ingredients for making the Mushroom Glade Salad with Champignons. Peel the boiled vegetables and the shells from the chicken eggs. It is preferable to use homemade mayonnaise.
2. Pass the three hard-boiled eggs through a fine grater.
3. Using the same grater, grate 100 grams of cheese.
4. Grate one boiled potato on a vegetable grater.
5. Also pass one boiled carrot through this grater.
6. Cut 200 grams of chicken ham into small cubes.
7. Chop dill and green onion finely.
8. To form the salad, we will use a detachable mold of 16 centimeters. The first layer is tightly arranged with marinated champignons, caps down.
9. On the mushrooms, add the chopped greens. Make a mayonnaise grid.
10. The next layer is grated chicken eggs with a mayonnaise grid.
11. Then comes the grated cheese again covered with mayonnaise.
12. On the cheese, we place a layer of ham and draw a mayonnaise grid again.
13. Evenly distribute the grated boiled carrot on the layer of ham. Cover it with mayonnaise on top.
14. We finish forming the salad with grated potatoes and coated with mayonnaise.
15. We turn the salad over and remove the detachable mold. The Mushroom Glade salad with champignons is ready to serve.
