Ingredients
- tomatoes - 4 pieces (medium);
- chili pepper - 1 piece (small);
- dill - 7 g;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp;
- vinegar 9% - 1/2 tbsp;
- sugar - 1/2 tbsp;
- salt and pepper - to taste.
Cooking
1. Prepare the necessary ingredients. Peel the garlic.
2. Cut the tomatoes in half, remove the stems. Slice the tomatoes and transfer them to a deep bowl.
3. Chop the garlic finely and add it to the tomatoes.
4. Cut the chili pepper in half and remove the seeds. Chop the chili finely, just like the garlic, and add it to the other vegetables.
5. Remove the stems from the dill, chop the greenery finely, and add it to the tomatoes.
6. Add half a tablespoon of sugar to the vegetable mix.
7. Pour in 1/2 tablespoon of 9% vinegar.
8. Then add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the salad.
9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
