Korean-style tomatoes
Korean-style tomatoes are served with any side dish, fish, meat. This salad with shish kebab is especially tasty - the spicy taste of Korean tomatoes complements the lula kebab well. It can be considered as a separate snack.

Ingredients
- tomatoes - 4 pieces (medium);
- chili pepper - 1 piece (small);
- dill - 7 g;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp;
- vinegar 9% - 1/2 tbsp;
- sugar - 1/2 tbsp;
- salt and pepper - to taste.
Cooking
1. We prepare the necessary ingredients. We clean the garlic from the husk.
2. Cut the tomatoes into halves, remove the stalks. Cut the tomatoes into slices and transfer them to a deep bowl.
3. Chop the garlic finely and add it to the tomatoes.
4. Cut the chili pepper in half and remove the seeds from it. Like garlic, chop the chili finely and transfer to the rest of the vegetables.
5. Remove the dill stalks, and chop the greens finely and send to the tomatoes.
6. Add half a tablespoon of sugar to our vegetable snack.
7. Pour 1/2 tablespoon of 9% vinegar into chopped vegetables.
8. Then we send 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the salad.
9. Salt and pepper to taste.
10. Mix everything. Korean-style tomatoes are ready. Let it brew for a few minutes and serve.
