1. Choose the freshest and highest quality ingredients to prepare a tender fruit pie. Wash fruit thoroughly and dry with paper towels. Separate the pulp of peaches from the bone and cut into slices.
2. Cut ripe sweet and sour apples in half, remove the cores with seeds and chop into slices 0.5 cm wide.
3. In a deep plastic or enamel bowl, mix sugar with softened butter, soda and chilled chicken eggs. Bring the mass to a state close to homogeneous.
