Cooking
1. Prepare the ingredients for making zucchini pizza in a pan. Grate the cheese using a vegetable grater. Wash and dry the tomatoes and zucchini. Pre-sift the flour. You can use both young and older zucchini; just remember to peel the older ones beforehand. Sausages can be substituted with sausage meat.
2. Grate the zucchini using a vegetable grater and add a little salt. Let it stand for 15-20 minutes to allow the zucchini to release its juice.
3. Slice the sausages finely using any method that is convenient for you.
4. Cut the tomato in half and then cut into slices.
5. Chop the garlic into small cubes.
6. Finely chop the celery.
7. Now, you need to remove the excess liquid from the grated zucchini. You can do this using any convenient method. In our case, we placed a tablespoon of grated zucchini in the palm of our hand and squeezed it to remove the excess moisture. Continue this action until all of the zucchini mass is dried out.
8. Transfer the zucchini mass into a deep container. Add three eggs to it and mix everything together.
9. Mix the sifted flour with the baking powder.
10. Add the flour mixed with the baking powder to the zucchini and mix well.
11. Pour the milk into the mixture and blend it all together. If the mixture is too liquid, you can add another tablespoon of flour.
12. Add the chopped sausages to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
13. Add the minced celery and garlic. Season with black ground pepper to taste.
14. Pour in a tablespoon of vegetable oil and mix the ingredients together.
15. Heat up a pan and add a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Set the stove to low heat and pour in the prepared zucchini batter. Cover the pan with a lid.
16. While the pizza is cooking, mix the ketchup with mayonnaise.
17. Once the pizza is baked on the bottom (you can check this by slightly lifting the pizza), carefully flip it over.
18. Evenly spread the prepared sauce over the zucchini pizza.
19. Then sprinkle the chopped garlic over the pizza, followed by placing the tomato slices on top. Sprinkle grated cheese over everything. Cover with a lid and cook for about 10 more minutes, until all the cheese has melted.
20. The zucchini pizza in the pan is ready. Sprinkle the pizza with minced dill and carefully transfer it to a suitable surface.
