  • thin pita bread - 300 g (2 pcs.);
  • minced meat - 550 g;
  • onion - 140 g (1 pc.);
  • eggs - 2 pcs;

1. We prepare all the necessary products. Minced meat can be used any: pork, chicken. I have minced pork. We turn on the oven to warm up to + 180-190 ⁰C.

2. We clean the onion, wash it and rub it on a fine grater.

3. Send the chopped onion to a bowl with minced meat. Add salt, pepper to taste and 1 raw egg. Mix and the filling for pita bread is ready.

4. Beat the second egg in a separate bowl until smooth with a fork. The lavash leaf is quickly smeared with a beaten egg using a culinary brush. I have a pita bread size 36 * 50 cm. Cover the top with the next pita bread leaf so that the roll is stronger and does not soften from the juicy filling. The second sheet is also lightly lubricated with beaten egg. We calculate so that we have the whipped egg mixture left to lubricate the roll on top.
