This delicious salad with fried chicken liver and broccoli is easy to make. It will turn out the perfect dish for breakfast or dinner, containing a sufficient amount of proteins and vitamins. Chicken liver is not in vain considered the most popular offal: it is fried very quickly, the texture remains tender, despite the appearance of a crispy crust. A fashionable salad addition is sesame seeds. They are a vegetable source of calcium, enrich food with useful microelements.

Ingredients
- chicken liver - 200 g;
- frozen broccoli florets - 200 g;
- eggs - 2 pcs;
- pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs;
- green onions - 1 bunch;
- mayonnaise 120 ml;
- sesame seeds - 2 tbsp;
- salt - to taste;
- vegetable oil - 30 ml.
Cooking
1. When frozen foods are used, the liver is completely thawed before frying, and the broccoli florets may remain frozen.
2. Frozen broccoli inflorescences are thrown into lightly salted boiling water, boiled for 7-8 minutes. Since the salad will be dressed with quite salty mayonnaise, broccoli should not be salted when boiling.
3. Chicken liver is fried in vegetable oil for 8-10 minutes. A crispy crust is important for this dish, so in the last minutes of frying, the fire is increased.
4. Welded inflorescences are immersed in cold water for 5 minutes. After that, transfer to a colander so that the water is glass.
