
Pickles from cucumbers for the winter

- Cucumbers - 750 g;
- White bow - 180 g;
- Large salt - 70 g.
Marinade:
- White sugar - 210 g;
- fragrant pepper-5-6 peas;
- turmeric - 1 teaspoon;
- Dijon (French) mustard - 1 tbsp. spoon;
- Vinegar 9% - 180 ml.
Cooking
- За это время простерилизовать банки любым удобным способом. Например, в микроволновке – стеклянную тару вымыть, оставить на дне немного (20-30 миллилитров) воды и поставить в микроволновую печь на 3-4 минуты при максимальной мощности. Крышки прокипятить 5 минут. Для удобства желательно приобрести широкую воронку, которую следует обдать кипятком.
- Банки закатать крышками и перевернуть вверх дном. Оставить так остывать.
Store the cucumber pickles for the winter in a regular kitchen cupboard — even under such conditions the jars will keep well. Don’t worry that the marinade contains a lot of vinegar — the finished pickles will have a wonderful sweet-and-sour flavor, and these cucumbers are typically not eaten on their own but used as a filling in sandwiches and other assembled dishes.
