Today for lovers of spicy salads we will prepare green tomatoes in Korean style for winter. This salad can be served as an appetizer or with potatoes. If you are also a fan of Korean cuisine, you can prepare Korean-style tomatoes, but already from red tomatoes. They turn out to be very tasty.

Ingredients
- green tomatoes - 1500 g;
- garlic - 13 cloves (80 grams);
- onion - 1 pc;
- chili pepper - 1 pc;
- carrot - 3 pcs. (300 g);
- spice for Korean-style carrots - 10 g;
- vegetable oil - 5 tbsp;
- vinegar 9% - 11 tsp;
- sugar - 1/2 cup (100 grams);
- salt - 4 tsp.
Preparation
1. Prepare the necessary ingredients for making salad from green tomatoes in Korean style for winter. Remove the skin from the garlic and onion, and peel the carrot. Wash and dry the green tomatoes and chili pepper. You can take either spicy or regular spice for Korean-style carrots. We sterilize.

2. Cut the green tomatoes into slices about 4 millimeters thick, and remove the stem. Transfer the sliced tomatoes to a deep dish.

3. Cut the onion into small half-rings and add it to the tomatoes.

4. Cut the chili pepper into rings, removing the seeds beforehand. Add it to the other prepared vegetables.

5. Grate twelve cloves of garlic on a fine grater or cut them into small cubes and add them to the tomatoes.

6. Grate three carrots using a Korean grater or a special vegetable peeler. Add the prepared carrot to the tomatoes with garlic, onion, and pepper.

7. Next, add sugar, salt, vegetable oil, vinegar 9%, and spice for Korean-style carrots to the vegetable mixture.

8. Gently mix everything and let it marinate for about 40 minutes. During this time, it is necessary to stir the salad several more times to allow it to marinate more evenly.

9. Fill the jars with the salad and cover them with sterilized lids.

10. Place a cloth at the bottom of the pot and place the jars on it. Fill the pot with cold water up to the shoulders of the jars. Put the pot on the fire.

11. After the water boils, sterilize the one-liter jars for 20 minutes, and the half-liter jars for 15 minutes.

12. Using special tongs, take the jars out of the water and seal them.

13. Turn the jars upside down, leave them in this position at room temperature until completely cool.
