Salad with beans and Korean carrots
Salad with beans and Korean carrots is a simple but delicious dish that can be served as a main course or used as a side dish with meat or fish. Ingredients
- Korean carrots – 300 g;
- canned beans – 1 can (400 g);
- boiled chicken thighs – 300 g;
- mayonnaise – 100 g;
- green onion – 10-15 g;
- dill – 10-15 g;
- salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
1. Prepare the ingredients for making the salad with beans and Korean carrots. Drain all the liquid from the canned beans. Rinse the greens and dry them with a towel.
2. Separate the chicken meat from the bones and cut it into small cubes. Transfer the prepared meat to a deep dish.
3. Finely chop the green onion and dill. Add the greens to the prepared meat.
4. Then add the canned beans.
5. Next, add the Korean carrots to these ingredients.
6. Then add 100 grams of mayonnaise and mix everything.
7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
8. The salad with beans and Korean carrots is ready. Place it in the refrigerator for a few hours to let it soak in better and serve it on the table. Optionally, you can garnish it with greens on top.
