- salt – 1 tsp;
- peppercorns – 3 pcs;
- bay leaf – 1 pc.
Preparation
- Prepare the necessary ingredients.
- Place a pot of water on the stove. There should be enough water to cover the chicken fillet while boiling. Bring the water to a boil and add a teaspoon of salt. Mix everything.
- Next, send the fillet into the pot. As soon as the water boils, lower the heat to below medium. If foam appears on the water, remove it with a slotted spoon or a regular spoon.
- Add the peppercorns and the bay leaf. Cover with a lid and boil for about another 25 minutes.
- Check readiness with a knife or a fork. If the meat is easily pierced, it is ready.
- Remove the pot from the heat. After cooling, take the meat out of the broth and transfer it to a plate.
