This glaze sets quickly, so it should be applied to Easter cakes immediately after preparation. It stops sticking to the hands after a day. It is made very quickly, in just 10 minutes from simple ingredients.

- powdered sugar – 150 grams;
- water – 4 tablespoons;
- gelatin – 1 teaspoon;
- vanillin – 1 gram.

- Pour the mixture into a convenient container and while it is still warm, beat with a mixer to a light density. This will take about 3-4 minutes. The glaze for the Easter cake with gelatin and without eggs is ready.
Since the glaze sets quickly, it should be applied immediately or place the container with it in a dish of boiling water. After coating the cakes, sprinkle with confectionery topping immediately. This glaze is enough for 5-6 medium-sized cakes.
